SHIPPING POLICY
Our play sand and many of our items of sand play equipment can be ordered online. We ship many of them by UPS. Please be aware that online purchases made on Fridays after 2:30pm, on Saturdays, or on Sundays, will be processed on the following Monday. Some of the larger items can't be ordered online, so just phone us to make a purchase. Those items ship via motor freight, and may require 2 - 3 weeks to process and ship. Our management observes most religious holidays and all national holidays.
RETURN POLICY
If you find that your order does not satisfy your expectations, you may return them for the cost of the purchase price. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back to PlaySandUSA.com.
